Three-month Strength and Cardio Training Program

Three months of strength and cardio workouts, with two workouts per month, to be used in conjunction with bootcamp classes.  Also includes a full 3-month calendar, so you can record what workouts you did and when.  Remember, the more you record, the more you know!

Those who are willing to plan their meals in advance have the highest rate of success.  Next on that success track are those who are willing to record everything they put in their mouth.  Use this meal planner/food journal to do just that, and watch your results skyrocket! Goal Sheets

To reach your destination, you must first have a destination in mind.  The first two resources provide the map, written and concise goals provide the destination.  Use these goal sheets to determine what you want to see and why.  It is said that 3% of people in the world have written goals. Those 3% also tend to be the most successful people in the world. Write down your goals.  See results.
