A Halloween Workout!

The Halloween BOOtcamp held in Garretson and Edgerton was an absolute blast!  Big kudos to all who came with pumpkins, dressed in costume, and/or enjoyed the treats!

As this was a BOOtcamp, the main focal point was the awesome workout that obliterated all ghoulish fat molecules, leaving the participants as reanimated undead 🙂

A Halloween BOOtcamp will be held on Thursday, October 28. This BOOtcamp promises a killer workout, scary music, and great treats!  Costumes are highly encouraged (make sure you can move easily in your costume), and for an extra bit of fun, bring a small to medium- sized pumpkin!

Do as many repetitions as you can in the allotted time during circuits. During the warm-up, use those exercises to get blood flowing, stretch, ...

True quick weight loss is not something that can be easy- “3 minutes a day to rock hard abs!” or “This diet will have you losing 10 ...

Fat-Burning Level

“How much cardio should I do?”

This is a question that I am asked regularly, even after I’ve handed a full workout program to a new client (my workout programs always include a strength prescription and a HIIT or metabolic circuit cardiovascular prescription).

I’m NOT a big believer in “cardio” as most people use the term. Quite honestly, it’s ...
