Planning A Meal or Thirty-Five

One of the tips that is always given by successful people is that of planning ahead.  It makes sense, as those who plan ahead can get more done in a shorter time.  One way I plan ahead is to write out a to-do list, then prioritize it.

If you are shooting for weight loss, planning ahead is key.  Once everything is planned ahead, you can go on autopilot and make small adjustments as necessary.
