Location, Location

Oh, the Possibilities!

With this *beautiful* weather we’ve been having this week (note the tongue tightly held in cheek), a great question came across my mind.

Does location really matter to your workout?

In a sense, yes.  It does.

It should be a place where you’re comfortable, shouldn’t have to pick up a bunch of things before starting the workout, and shouldn’t “turn you off” visually.  It also helps if there’s a great support system built into it.

A Halloween Workout!

The Halloween BOOtcamp held in Garretson and Edgerton was an absolute blast!  Big kudos to all who came with pumpkins, dressed in costume, and/or enjoyed the treats!

Halloween BOOtcamp October 28, 2010

A Halloween BOOtcamp will be held on Thursday, October 28. This BOOtcamp promises a killer workout, scary music, and great treats!  Costumes are highly encouraged (make sure you can move easily in your costume), and for an extra bit of fun, bring a small to medium- sized pumpkin!

Exercise Progression? What the?

LeanBody Bootcamps started a new 6-week session this week, which is always a fun time because it’s when I get to see the best part of group training- the “veterans” taking the “newbies” under their wing and giving them tips and encouragement, and the “veterans” get to see how far they’ve come by teaching the “newbies.”*
