The Fibrous Diet

Posted by:

The food industry has lately been having a “high-fiber diet” fad.  If you have shopped at a grocery store at all lately, you’ll find it added into many products.  High fiber orange juice, high fiber granola bars, high fiber noodles, high fiber cereals, and the list keeps growing! Planning to Succeed?

Posted by:

Last week’s goal was to exercise.  If you didn’t notice, I extended that goal, because I intend to have you focus on it as being one of the most important things you can do to lose weight.  Now, that is not the end-all to finding those skinny jeans or becoming lean, but it is top priority.

The second in command: Learning to use fruits and vegetables and linking them with high-quality protein.

Huh?

The human body was not designed to eat Tostitos, Hot ...

Supportive Nutrition?

Posted by:

It can be difficult to even understand what supportive nutrition is, let alone actually do it. However, if we can figure out how to eat supportively, we are going to see our results head through the roof.

Most people eat a diet that is very high in processed foods. Even those of us who say we eat “healthy”! Think about it: have you eaten cereal, toast, crackers, a “Lean Cuisine” microwaveable meal, or a soda pop at all ...
