Holiday FatBlast – Lose Weight Over the Holidays!

Quick, it’s time to hide! The holidays are coming, which means its time for that inevitable weight gain! A Halloween Workout!

The Halloween BOOtcamp held in Garretson and Edgerton was an absolute blast!  Big kudos to all who came with pumpkins, dressed in costume, and/or enjoyed the treats!
